Repeat Prescription Service

If you’re on repeat medication, we can make things easier for you by managing your repeat prescriptions.

It will save you a lot of time and running around, while also reducing the risk of running out of what you need. We provide this service completely free of charge, as part of our commitment to all our patients.

To set up this service, you need to register by filling out a form. You only need to do this once and can do so:

• Online (coming soon)
• by phoning your local Willis Pharmacy and we will deliver/collect your form, along with your latest repeat slip.

Once you’re registered, you can relax knowing we’re taking care of everything for you. Here’s how it works:

• we phone you seven days before your repeat medication is due to confirm what you need
• we order this with your GP Surgery
• we collect your prescription from your GP Surgery and prepare your medication
• we call or text you when your prescription is ready or deliver to you free of charge.
