Download the app, fill in your details, place your order and then we take over. We’ll pick up your prescription and let you know when it’s ready to collect or be delivered to you. At our Clydebank and Wallacewell pharmacies you can now collect your prescription at a time that suits you – at any time of the day or night, regardless of day of the week or bank holidays! It’s really easy, safe and secure; after you’ve ordered your prescription you’ll be sent a pin number, which you use to access your prescription at our collection points whenever you prefer. And if you use it in combination with our Healthera app you’ll be in complete control of every aspect of ordering and receiving your prescriptions.

So no more waiting in queues, or leaving work early to catch the pharmacy before closing time. In addition, you’ll also be doing your bit to support the NHS – by picking up from our collection points, you’re freeing up staff to provide other vital care services, like vaccination clinics.
